Went to see "Club Dread" again last night. Even better the second time!

Joe and Jen came down from KC today and we hung out on Mass. Good times. I even found some Daim at the European market!

Might be going into KC tonight.

Got to see a sneak of "Club Dread" last night. I think with time, I'll like it even better than "Super Troopers." But as it was, it was great. Look forward to seeing it again soon.

Took my REL 107. Went better than I might have expected, but I'm just glad to be done.

Whew... finally finished my application for grad school in Amsterdam. Mailed it off on Friday afternoon. Probably won't hear back about it for quite a while. Still, good to have it in. Celebrated finishing it by going to a wine party at Colt's on Friday. Lots of interesting people and lots of wine. Always a good mix. ;)

Saw "Euro Trip" last night. Better than I expected it to be. Wasn't as funny as "Road Trip," but still worth the admission if you have a few hours to kill. The cameos were priceless.

Not much going on today. Just got back from the gym. Spoke with John for a while before that. Heading to Rome's later to watch a bit of tele while I do laundry. Should be an okay evening in the long run.

The oddest thing happened tonight in my African American Images in Film class. We were having a discussion, when all of a sudden, I saw a pigeon drop from a hole in the ceiling. It didn't fly down or swoop, it just dropped. It got up and started flying around for a bit. It took about twenty minutes before we could get it out of the room. Definitely one of the coolest things I've seen in college EVER.

Keeping busy. Saw "In America" with Adam on Friday. Great film. Was completely engrossed up until the last half-hour. It was still good past that point, just a bit odd compared to the rest of the film. Go see it!

Went to a Delta Force party with Patrick, Colt and Jen that night and had a bit more to drink than... well, let us just say I had a fair amount. ;)

Valentine's Day was okay. Didn't do a lot of anything. Oh well, just part of the lonely heart's club, I suppose. :(

Well, things are sort of getting back to normal after the weather last week. There is still snow everywhere, but at least it's not snowing all the time.

Friday, Patrick and I went to Topeka. It was one of those great evenings that you don't plan on yet have a brilliant time. Brilliant times also account for a dent in the wallet, sadly. Oh well, totally worth it.

Saturday night, I was supposed to go to Rocky Horror, but after spending so much money on Friday, I thought it best to stay in. So, I ended up watching SNL with Ryan, Craig and Anya. Again, a pleasant evening.

It's Career Fair day. I had to get all dressed up for nothing. Oh well, at least I got a picture taken to prove it DOES happen...

And if that is not all that happened... John was on Coronation Street! If you'd like to see him in all his animated glory, CLICK HERE. Warning, it's a large file, but it's worth it (John is the one in the green in the background)! :)

A copy of Lynn Haney's "Gregory Peck: A Charmed Life" arrived in the post today. I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but look forward to doing so. If you look closely, there's even a picture of lil' ol' me along with Mr. Peck. ;) Thanks, Lynn!
