Saw "Breakfest At Tiffany's" yesterday afternoon. When Mom finally lets me get a cat, I'm naming it "Cat."

Met Dave Lynn, the naval officer who was picked to be a drag queen on "Faking It," last night. Very odd experience, indeed.

Is it a sign of a good evening when you don't get home until 6AM?

Just finished watching "28 Days Later..." Brilliant.

14 hours of mayhem in Glasgow, and I'm still around to tell the tale...

Ah, Christmas in the chalet wasn't so bad. I woke up around 8AM to open up my presents. Caragh gave me a neat disco ball and Aeros and Toffee Crisps. Zoe sent a nice little care package that included Robson videos and a really cool minature bottle of whisky celebrating her and Colin's wedding day. Very cool and much appreciated!

Later in the day, I followed Willow's directions and made some chicken fettuccine. I must say, it didn't turn out half bad. Will be re-heating the other half for dinner tonight, that's for sure.

Spent the evening watching Eastenders. A couple of really good episodes.

Christmas Eve wasn't so bad either. Had a decent night in Glasgow. Even had the chance to try Moët for the first time... Very nice..

Woke up late today. I'd been tired the last few days, so it was nice to sleep in. Wish the gym was open, but I guess that means I'll be able to hit it hard tomorrow. Time to go get something to eat.

Just finished watching one of the darkest films I've seen in quite some time. It's called "Christie Malry's Own Double-Entry," and it's based on a book from the seventies. It's about a guy who decides to start living his life according to the rules of double-entry bookkeeping. Hijinks ensue. The library has the book and I'm going to try and check it out tomorrow.

Just finished watching "The Eye." I really don't know what to say except that if you like to be frightened, watch it. But it's not just your typical scary film as it has one of the saddest endings I've seen in a long time. I think it took me through just about every emotion a film can touch on. Definitely worth checking out if you get the chance.

Is it possible to have too much time on your hands? I guess I'll find out before long.

Finally got around to scanning some more photos:
Bin Bag

Matthew and Caragh pose, sweet-style.

Bridge

Standing in front of Stirling Bridge, as NOT seen in the film "Braveheart."

Lang Stairs

Standing in front of a staircase in Edinburgh Castle named after me.

Zoë

After all these years, FINALLY meeting Zoë in Edinburgh.
Not much planned for today. Just getting around to answering e-mails that have been in my Inbox for ages (Sorry everyone!). Might go catch a Japanese horror film at the MacRobert Centre later on. Which reminds me, did I mention I saw "Morvern Callar" on Wednesay? Great film.

Finally done with all of my exams. Went to the Gannochy to celebrate last night as it was 55p vodka night. Five double vodka and Cokes later...

Now I just have to find what to do with my spare time...

2 down, one to go. But the only one left is the worst one... yikes...

Exams. Bad.

Got back from London at around 6:30 this morning. The protest was... cold and rainy. But the rest of the trip wasn't back. Got to see some of the touristy stuff, got to have a drink (or three) in Soho, and even got to meet Richard of TV's "Richard and Judy." All in all, not bad for a free trip!

Will try and post the pictures when I get them back.

Last night, I went to the cinema and saw "Cabaret" for the first time... I don't quite know what to say... heh

Going to see "Bend It Like Beckham" in a few minutes. Should be all right.

Leaving for London tonight to attend the National Demo tomorrow. Don't quite know what we're protesting, but hey, it's a free trip to London... ;)

Just got back from Glasgow. Went with Caragh, Matthew and Ross to see "Bowling For Columbine." A very interesting film. I think I like "Roger & Me" more, but it's still definitely worth checking out.
