One of the craziest encounters I ever had. I bumped into Nash in the elevator in my hotel during my trip to Hollywood in the summer of 2000. Really nice guy. Mom and I went to his concert. When you bought one of his CD's, not only was it autographed, but certain ones allowed you to go backstage after the show. This meeting took place in Fort Worth in October 1999. Liz, Dawn Lyn and I descended upon the area as Greg was nice enough to give is tickets to his "A Conversation With Gregory Peck" performance as part of the local film festival. I ended up being able to meet with Greg at his hotel for a one-on-one chat. It was September 2001, not long after his album had been released, and he put on one of the most amazing shows I've ever seen. You can see that he looks absolutely drained. Yet, he still stuck around to speak with all his fans.
